Training
Today I decided that I wanted to focus more on training and learning how to run so I am going to blog about it to help keep me focused and more accountable. I downloaded an app that lets me customize my time on walking and running. Today I did 20 min total. I did a 5 min warm up, 10 min workout time with 15 seconds of running then 45 seconds of walking intervals, and then did a 5 min cool down. I was able to do one mile in that 20 minutes. Each time I am going to work to improve my time and get conditioned to be able to run a Ragnar Relay with my coworkers. I do not want to be a person anymore that can't do all these fun things with other people because I am heavy. I want to start living an active lifestyle and be able to participate in tons of fun things with many people.
