Day 3

Today was another great day of training for me. I had 3 min warm up and 3 min cool down and 15 min of actual training. I did 4.3 jogging and 3.0 walking. The jogging I did for 20 seconds then walked at the 3.0 for 40 seconds. I can feel just in these past few days that I have gotten a little bit better. Next week I am going to bump it up to 30 second jogging and 30 second walking. I think that I will be just fine if I finish strong this week with the 40/20. Cant wait till I am jogging a full 5k without stopping!!!!
